Van maandag 11 augustus t/m vrijdag 29 augustus is de praktijk gesloten. Als u in deze weken een huisarts nodig heeft of  herhaalmedicatie wil bestellen kunt u de praktijk bellen.
U wordt dan doorverbonden met een waarnemende praktijk.
