Van maandag 27 april t/m vrijdag 1 mei is de praktijk gesloten. Als u in deze week een huisarts nodig heeft of  herhaalmedicatie wil bestellen kunt u de praktijk bellen.

U wordt dan doorverbonden met een waarnemende praktijk.
